optimal type of infusion is a SUN infusion🔆: add 1 or 2 tea bags to 1 quart jar, cover with distilled or spring water, put cap on jar + place in sunlight [2-10hrs], then strain + drink according to recommend dosage
if no sunlight, use stove: add 1 or 2 tea bags to 1 quart glass-jar, cover with boiling water [distilled or spring], put cap on jar + let the herbs infuse into the water for a minimum of 20mins and maximum overnight, strain + drink according to recommend dosage
after brewing, add honey, maple syrup, lemon juice, ceylon cinnamon etc. 🍋🍯 to taste if desired
