STEP 1 LICORICE ROOT TOOTHBRUSH [4pieces]
Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice root)
the root of the licorice tree has been used to combat dental bacteria dating back to ancient ayurvedic practices.
DIRECTIONS: to start, soak the tip of root in warm/hot water to soften. when softened, bite and work the root into a brush like texture. use this end side to brush teeth. use warm water to re-soften with each use.
*may be used before oil-pulling, after oil-pulling, or both
STEP 2 OIL PULLING 4OZ
using a mixture of organic cold-pressed coconut oil & organic cold-pressed sesame oil, oil-pulling is an ancient ayurvedic practice that utilizes the properties of the digestive enzymes of the mouth that heighten the effectiveness of the oils' antibacterial properties.
