ingredients: Salvia rosmarinus [ROSEMARY] leaf*, Olea europaea [OLIVE] leaf*, Origanum onites [OREGANO] leaf*, Zingiber officinale [GINGER] root*, Nigella sativa [BLACK SEED]*, Annona muricta L [SOURSOP] leaf

directions: make an infusion in distilled or spring water and drink 1 cup by mouth 1-3 times daily or as directed by your medical professional
my favorite type of infusions are SUN infusions 🔆 add 4 tablespoons of dry herbs to 1 quart jar, cover with distilled or spring water, put cap on jar + place in 1 day of sunlight [4-10hrs] remove after dusk, strain + drink according to recommend dosage
if no sunlight, use stove: add 4 tablespoons of dry herbs to 1 quart jar, cover with boiling water [distilled or spring], put cap on jar + let the infusion steep for a minimum of 4 hours to overnight, strain + drink according to recommend dosage
OR add 4 tablespoons of dry herbs and 1 quart distilled or spring water to stainless steel pot, simmer on lowest heat for up to 1 hour, turn off heat and let sit, covered, for up to 4 hours or overnight; strain + drink according to recommend dosage
after brewing-- add honey, maple syrup, lemon juice, ceylon cinnamon to taste if desired
📅refrigerate jar for up to 2 days, then discard
